When you take the scorecard, we collect: your email address, your answers to the twenty quiz questions, your computed scores, and the timestamp at which you gave consent.
2. Legal basis (GDPR)
We process this information on the basis of your explicit consent, which you provide by ticking the consent checkbox before submitting your scorecard. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
3. How we use your data
We use your email to send you your results and occasional follow-up insights about data leadership. We use your answers and scores in aggregate to improve the scorecard and the guidance we offer. We do not sell your data.
4. Retention
Your raw quiz answers are automatically deleted within 24 hours of submission. We retain your email, computed scores, tier, and weakest dimension so we can send you your result and relevant follow-up. You can ask us to delete this information at any time.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below.
